1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Promaia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Promaia provides AI-powered supply chain management software that connects to third-party business tools to monitor inventory, automate purchasing, and surface operational insights.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing
Promaia is offered as a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over content you provide. Upon account termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the platform, use the service for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other users' access to the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Promaia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses from service interruptions or automated actions. You are responsible for reviewing automated actions before they are finalized.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to the service ceases and data is available for export for 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
